Range
C. pineticola is a true holarctic species, widespread in e. NA west to MB-MO south to FL-AR; also WA; C. psociformis is also considered holarctic (Meinander 1975) and is known from NJ, OH, & BC; C. californica is widely western (BC-CA to CO-NM); and C. barretti is restricted to CA(1)
