Tenthredinidae, Nematinae
OK for Priophorus sp., male. Can't identify this to species from the picture. There is a common one on Rubus spp., the larva of which is similar to the one you posted.

Priophorus sp.?
I found a larva in the asme area in 2006 which I posted here. I suspect that it's a Priophorus sp..
