Debris-carrying Green Lacewing Larva - Leucochrysa pavida

Debris-carrying Green Lacewing Larva - Leucochrysa pavida
Wildwood Park; Radford, Virginia, USA
October 31, 2011
I saw a lump of what looked like lichen on a tree and then it began to vibrate. When I put it on its back on my hand, it flipped over quickly. This is its underside. As soon as it turned upright again, it stayed very tightly curled.
I see in the guide that it might be a lacewing larva.
I'd like a confirmation or correct, please.
