Tibicen resh
You have posted several images of cicadas - all Tibicen resh.

T. resh is a very common cicada in se. Louisiana and most FREQUENTLY confused with Tibicen pronotalis & occasionally with T. pruinosus (both of which also occur in your area).

Although most species in the Genus Tibicen possess the smoky "Z" in the wing, it is a characteristic seen in resh and not so in pronotalis. The presence of this "Z" distinguishes Tibicen resh readily from T. pronotalis with which it is most similar in appearance. The eye color of resh is particularly light as seen in your pic's and the pronotal pattern divergent from pruinosus - so pruinosus can be deleted as an option for the cicadas in these pic's as well.
