Meadowhawk
I think Cardinal (Sympetrum illotum). The lightly coloured legs can mean this species or Autumn Meadowhawk. The build and overall look of your specimen doesn't fit Autumn so I have to guess Cardinal. I can't make out any thoracic markings - if you have another photo that shows spots on the thorax, then it would confirm or refute it's identity.
