Louse Fly - Icosta
Fontenelle Forest, Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska, USA

Size: approx 1/2"
This fly landed on us while we were hiking and stayed with us for a while. It looks like a Louse Fly, possibly in the genus Icosta (BugGuide photo 313018). Help with ID appreciated.
