Camillidae? - Chrysotus picticornis - male

Camillidae? - Chrysotus picticornis - Male
New York, New York County, New York, USA
July 1, 2010
Size: Minute
Is it at all possible that this is a Camillidae? It keyed out there (Borror and Delong), but I'm doubtful. This appears to be very common all over New York City. Acalyptrate muscoid fly, I believe. Metallic (coppery brown), yellow legs with spines at end of tibia, anal cell open, humeral break before crossvein, but not at end of Sc, Abdomen light and coppery brown stripped. Could also be Milichiidae or Dolichopodidae?
