Found this small blue-black robber at Harms Woods today. He looked like a Laphria but a quarter of their size.

Laphria
Looks like Laphria canis with that large male genital bulb. Laphria sicula and winnemana have smaller male genitalia.

 
Wow! Even at only ~11mm?
This one seemed so much smaller than the other Laphria we've been seeing.
