Egg sac
Moved from ID Request. Yes, I've seen this before. I was chasing a small wolf spider and its egg sac detached from its abdomen. It then turned and picked up the egg sac and kept running.

I'd like to see a full dorsal of this spider if you took one.

I pulled her out of a pitfall
I pulled her out of a pitfall trap at a drift fence, so there is a very good chance it was dropped

Strange that the egg sac
is being carried so far forward??
