Noting the dark margin to the pronotum of the cast nymph molt, this cicada is most likley Neocicada. The molts of Diceroprocta are very pale and light tan (more glassy in comparison).

Teneral cicada (?)
Tenerals (recently emerged adults) are notoriously hard to id. This cicada may represent a female counterpart to the male posted in the other 2 pic's but doubtful.

I'd also compare the teneral in this pic. to those of Neocicada - a common species in Oklahoma occurring from June into early July. Seems to conform in characters to a teneral N. hieroglyphica (partic. at this stage of development - note as tenerals, Neocicadas can vary in coloration ranging from greens to pinks and various combinations!!!)
