Bembidion ??
I'm really not sure what this is. It's not even clear if this is a Bembidion. It bears some resemblance to the subgenus Pseudoperyphus in Bembidion, for example to Bembidion honestum Say, but at 6.6 mm it's larger than than species (65.3-6.2 mm) and none of the Pseudoperyphus group have such rugae at the base of the pronotum. I'll ask Yves Bousquet if he can offer an opinion.
