Pteromalid? from succulent oak gall - Aprostocetus - Female
Norwottuck Rail Trail, Amherst, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, USA
August 15, 2011
Size: 2.2 mm
One of seven wasps that emerged from the gall on 8/13/11 (gall collected 8/8/11). The gallmaker was probably some kind of Amphibolips, but I haven't found a perfect match for the gall.

Eulophid…
Note the shortened antennae and 4-segmented tarsi. This is a female.
