Your picture of this spider shows the epigyne clearly enough to tell that it is a different species from A. diadematus, and possibly a different genus as well. The epigyne of A. diadematus has a long scape, for example, but that is not present in this specimen. Have you got a picture showing its top side? That would help, as well as a closer view of the epigyne.

It is not uncommon for different species of orb weaver to spin webs close to each other.

Thanks for your comments...and for noticing this one is different. I just assumed they were the same due to their general resemblance and close proximity. Unfortunately, I only got one photo of this individual, so I can't provide a dorsal view.
