Acanthocephala terminalis

Acanthocephala terminalis
Wyalusing State Park, Grant County, Wisconsin, USA
June 23, 2006
This leaf-footed bug was on a tree next to my campsite over the weekend. I was fortunate to get two shots of it with its wings open. I think it is Acanthocephala terminalis, but would like verification of that.

Is that blue on the body accurate?
if so, it must be variable, or fade to tan on a pinned specimen (below).

Yes, it was blue
It looked blue to the naked eye and it shows blue in both photos I got of the wings spread.
