It is interesting to me that this is Chloropidae since I found another, more typical looking representative of the same family.

something in the Chloropidae? I may be mistaken but it looks like there's some sort of kink along CuA1 in both of the wing shots...

 
Yes, definitely a Chloropidae
Yes, definitely a Chloropidae, more precisely an Oscinellinae.

For a firm ID, additional pictures (and a more knowledgeable guy) would be necessary (seeing the ocellar triangle for intance and the bristles on the head always help). However, I believe that Neoscinella or perhaps Gaurax would be good bets, the former more than the latter.
