I'd call this Anathix ralla. They're common here in PA, and based on the range in Covell, I'd guess they're also common in Indiana...

I don't know ... the PM and ST just don't look right to me. Might want to look through some of the other sallows.

Noctuidae: Sunira bicolorago?
This specimen may be an example of the Bicolored Sallow (Hodges #9957). It appears to resemble this BG image:
