Hi, Definitely not S. cybele. Notice the narrow pale band near the edge of the hind wing. It would be much wider is S. cybele. This looks like S. aphrodite. S. hesperis is rather similar looking to this as well. This looks like a male, you can see just enough of the bright orange above to be fairly sure.
