Is this Black, brown and white wasp a Braconid?

Our Lantana flowers are full of these wasps with white spots on the abdomen!

White Spots
In this particular image, it looks like the white spots are the membranous areas of the segments showing where the terga are excised at the apices. If that is correct, I expect this critter to be a campoplegine rather than a cremastine. The earlier photos were dated September 10, and one of the photos dated December 1 is a male, whereas all the others are female.

If you wish to know the genus, you could collect specimens and send them to me. I wouldn't know the species in any case, and, like the majority of Nearctic campoplegines, it is probably undescribed.

Microlep
It can be presumed that there is a microlep of some sort feeding in the flowers. It seems ironic that oviposit and ovipositing aren't in the vocabulary of the BG spell checker, because they are valid
words
