Cynipid from white oak gall - Ceroptres - female

Cynipid from white oak gall - Ceroptres - Female
Mt. Holyoke Range, South Hadley, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, USA
Size: 1.7 mm
On 4/18/11 I collected several 8 mm, spherical galls from the leaf litter under a large white oak tree. On 8/28/11, after not checking the bag for a few weeks, I found that this cynipid had emerged. Two weeks later this torymid emerged:

So far nothing has emerged from the other galls of the same type.
