Size: 6mm?
Once again, I have slightly different markings on the abdomen then in any other photos I've found.

Probably arcuatus
Probably Xanthomelanodes arcuatus. The other species in California has slightly more widely separated eyes. The difference is not great, eye width .20 vs. .25 of head width.
