I love your sense of humor:-) I agree with Hannah about it being a great image, one of those that belongs in "the natural moment" in Natural History magazine. I wonder if the jumper would tackle a 'real' ant?...

 
Not likely, Eric.
Phidippus and most other salticids have an instinctive fear of ants. I wonder why this Phid recognized the bug as prey and not an ant.
