Leaf Bug? - Microcentrum

Leaf Bug? - Microcentrum
Simi Valley, CA, USA, Ventura County, California, USA
December 10, 2011
Size: ~2 inches

This is definitely a female Angle-wing Katydid,
but I'm not confident that I can tell females of M. rhombifolium from M. californicum without seeing a larger, higher resolution picture than this one. Do you happen to have other shots of this insect?

Moved from ID Request.

A Katydid
..but I will not even guess at which species.

An example of a Greater Angle-wing Katydid (Microcentrum rhombifolium) but your is likely to be a different species.
