This was a very small spider. It was pretty
colorful. ID would be great. Thanks.

Moved from Enoplognatha ovata.

Hmmmmmm
Looks familiar. Maybe a color variation of the Green Lynx Spider?

Male Enoplognatha ovata
I would ID this as a male Enoplognatha ovata, which is in the cobweb weaver family. The coloration, size, and eye-arrangement are a good match for this spider...

Nice find, and very nice image!! Please keep sharing!

To Brittanie: this is not a bad guess. :) Something to help ID Lynx spiders, look for some distinquishing characteristics that hint it might be a Lynx spider: the setae (spines) on the legs. Lynx spiders have distinct, long spines on the legs... (also the abdomen is often tapered)

This specimen also has really long legs relative to it's body size, which indicates a few other families of spiders... (cobweb weavers) :)
