Assassin Bug - Apiomerus crassipes? - Apiomerus crassipes

I could only get the ventral side, it was moving around too much and then dropped out of view. I found it in the afternoon in a field, and the colors are close to Apiomerus crassipes, from what I could tell. Thoughts?
