looks more like something along Agriotes. Are the tarsal claws pectinate? I cannot tell from the image. The apparent pale anterior edge of pronotum, thin pronotal hind angles and long antennomere 1 looks like an Agriotes.

 
Was just noticing the resemblance to Agriotes...
Will check to see if TAMU has ID'ed the spmn...
