 Dicaelus - Dicaelus teter

Dicaelus - Dicaelus teter
Laurel County, Kentucky, USA
May 1, 2011
Size: 22 mm
I've got two specimens that key out to D. teter but they look quite different. One from NC and one from KY. KY has a more straight-sided pronotum with rounded front angles. NC has the typical teter pronotum, (being more sinuate at the back), and also has sharper front angles. Does D. teter vary this much? Or is one not D. teter.

KY Dicaelus
This one looks more like D. teter than your NC specimen, in my opinion.
