Too bad that this has two sub
Too bad that this has two submarginal spots or I would say this was Panorpa palustris, whose type locality is the Great Dismal Swamp. Having two submarginal spots this might either be P. consuetudinis or P. isolata. Examination of a male under a microscope would be needed to positively ID.
