Moved from Scelio. Based on key in (1), I'm fairly sure this is Scelio floridanus.

Seems to match the description for this genus including the color, heavy sculpturization, antennal segments that gradually enlarge towards the tip, and a frons without a median depression. They are egg parasitoids of grasshoppers. Nice catch Brad.
