Hodges ##: Leading zeroes

pls take a look at this: some ## have leading zeroes, others don't.
we have to agree on a format and apply it consistently.
[this technicality may have been discussed somewhere already]

We also follow MPG
so we would put the lead zeros in. And our thought was at least four digits, so you will find:
Eriocrania semipurpurella - Purplish Birch-miner Moth - Hodges#0005

We're guessing that the software guys can do a search and replace, finding all those that don't yet have four digits before the decimal point and filling in the lead zeros and have it all done in less than a minute.

This all sounds good to me.
This all sounds good to me.

0005 makes sense
thanks; hope this can be done the easy way...

I have no strong opinion
and will happily follow whatever is decided here. I have been including the leading zeros because that is what is done on MPG; I copy & paste whatever MPG has when creating a new guide page.

that's what i did, too --for the same reason
you didn't include the zero at(1), though

Well, now I did
:/
