Moved from Leafhoppers.

Spangbergiella vulnerata
A male; females have much longer heads. The red pattern is distinctive.

This is a new state record; previously it was taken only as far north as AR. Global warming?

Graphocephala?
The coloring reminds me of Graphocephala, although I don't see any that match your specimen exactly.
