Isochnus populicola (Silfverberg)
Is there some reason why the name Isochnus sequensi (Stierlin) is being used rather than Isochnus populicola (Silfverberg), which is what I would call this?

...is the valid name -- see species pages 1 | 2

there is no such thing as "Snout and Bark Beetle"
--only in plural form, since the family includes these two categories. if you want to use a common name in the title, call it just 'weevil' ))
