Plateumaris frosti (Schaeffer)
This is
Plateumaris frosti
(Schaeffer). It would be nice to have some photos of the hind femoral tooth and pygidium to confirm, but there is no other
Plateumaris
in this region with this combination of dark legs, dark antennae, and pronotal shape. This deep blue colouration is characteristic of males. Females are coppery red, greenish, or bluish.
