Leafhopper? - Ponana rubida

Leafhopper? - Ponana rubida
our land, along State Hwy 88 near Praag, Buffalo County, Wisconsin, USA

This guy came to my moth lights. I'm sorry I didn't record its size. Any ideas about what it could be? Is it actually a leaf hopper?

Ponana
probably P. quadralaba, but you can't see the pronotal marks properly from this angle

Thanks!
I just looked back through my photos, and I only have this one picture of this one. But it's nice to have a probable answer - thank you for checking it.

Most definitely a leafhopper. :)
Dr. Hamilton will take the ID further.
