Sand Hill Prairie or 100 Acre Wood, Polk or Winneshiek County, Iowa, USA
Size: 2 mm
In rearing thistle feeding Lep larvae from Polk County (BugGuide gathering_2011), I added thistle from Winneshiek County. This dead beetle was found in the rearing container. July and August, 2011
