leafhopper nymph
Note the row of spines on the hind tibiae. This looks like a leafhopper nymph to me (family Cicadellidae). You might move the image there, or to ID request, to get a comment from Andy Hamilton.

moving images
You can move the image this way:
- click on "tag"
- go to the section to which you want to move the image (if you're in Cicadellidae and not in the ID section, click on the "images" tab after you get there)
- click on "move tagged images"
