Crepidodera heikertingeri (Lazorko)
This is probably Crepidodera heikertingeri (Lazorko). Note the very wide lateral margins of the elytra, broader than any other North American species of Crepidodera save for C. solita Parry. It would be helpful to have a ventral photograph of this specimen to see how pubescent the first visible abdominal sternum is and if the and if the meso- and meta-trochanters have a distinct brush of setae on the hind margin.
