Chalky Wave Moth? - Scopula limboundata

Chalky Wave Moth? - Scopula limboundata
Fairfield, Wayne County, Illinois, USA
June 19, 2006
Looks similar to several images on the net for Scopula purata
although none of ours have been ID'd posatively.

Large Lace
I think this is actually Scopula limboundata
Large Lace-border moth. They are heavily variable and it seems like a better match. Let me know what you think.

I
can agree with that. Thanks.
