Definitely an Earwig.
Definitely an Earwig.

Baby?
At first I thought this must be a female given the shape of the tail but after looking around the web a bit more, I think that this is just a baby. Both the size (8mm) and the shape of its body lead me to that conclusion. What do others think? In any event, given your confirmation that it's an earwig, I'm moving it to Dermaptera.

Definitely immature
I think I see the dilated second tarsal segment that would make this Forficulidae, but the other characters used by the keys I have access to involve number of antennal segments, presence or absence of wings, and shape of cerci- which change from instar to instar. They also are stated to cover only the US, though that might not be a problem.
