Doesn't look like Eutrixa
There are only two species of Eutrixa known in the US. This looks nothing like E. exilis shown on Jim O'Hara's TachImage Gallery http://www.nadsdiptera.org/Tach/WorldTachs/Tachgallery/Tachininae/Palpostomatini/Eutrixa_exilis.html
I have a specimen of another species, presumably E. laxifrons, which is even more different.
Without a specimen, I couldn't be sure this is even a tachinid. How do we know it is not Sarcophagidae?

ID
I don't know of any Sarcophagidae that look similar, especially with that obtuse bend in M. It is similar to some Melanomyiinae but as far as I know they have vibrissae, as do at least a large majority of Sarcophagidae.
