Crangonyx
Definitely a Crangonyx sp., one of the richmondensis group spp. based on those large gnathopods, of which I believe C. richmondensis is the only species in NC.

Reminds me of Crangonyx gracilis
See this source. Note that it's listed there as Eucrangonyx gracilis but it's just an outdated name for it. Also look at my submission.
