Heleomyzidae
This one is not a marsh fly, despite the color match. Some Sciomyzidae look externally very similar (body size, shape, color pattern) to some Heleomyzidae but these two families differ in a few key characters and aren't actually closely related. You can just make out some stout, erect spines on the leading edge of the wing in these photos, which makes this fly a heleomyzid.

i would say orange fly, Tetanocera (Diptera: Sciomyzidae), not quite sure though.

After comparing to your suggestion I've decided on Tetanocera plebeja, though some markings were absent. Thank you.
