Moved from Free-living Hemipterans.

Leafhopper, huh? Well, I'll be. I stand corrected. :)

Moved for expert attention
Moved from ID Request.

Planthopper of some variety, I expect. Dr. Hamilton will be able to tell you what kind.

Agallia
A leafhopper; probably A. deleta, a dark species which I understand is locally common in NH.

Sounds good to me!
I hope we can find out what it is!
