Delphacid - Megamelus davisi

Delphacid - Megamelus davisi
Durham, New Hampshire, USA
May 20, 2008
Found on a lily pad while exploring a reservoir. Are there delphacids associated with wetlands?

Also, is this indeed a nymph or an adult of a species with reduced wings?
