Size: ~~ 2 mm
This was a humongous party, with thousands floating on a number of rain puddles.
Some Argentine Ants tried to walk on this moving mass; without much success ...

They look a bit different from Ballistura, and were partying during a different time of the year.
Are these Poduromorphans ?

Hypogastruridae
Hypogastrura (often deep blue) or Ceratophysella (blue/red/brown/yellow). Both genera are famous for mass aggregations.
Pinkish-purplish ones could be Brachystomellidae: Brachystomella.
Note there is 1 isotomid specimen (the grey one to the left).
