Size: ~1 cm diameter
Old gall found on dead twig of dogwood shrub (Cornus cf. foemina) in in shaded edge of upland forest.

Moved tentatively. This is quite a bit more pronounced than the one illustrated by Gagne, but it generally matches the description, and there doesn't seem to be a better candidate among the galls that have been described.
