Size: aprox length of $1 coin
Just moved into an older home. Found this on the kitchen floor. What is it, is it harmful to humans or cats? How do I get rid of it? I hope this "new to me" home isn't infested hahahaha.

Nice photo and Not a cockroach
most likely a Rhaphidophoridae or camel cricket of some sort. Totally harmless but do occasionally enter basements and homes.

Female Camel Cricket
They're pretty hard to identify to species from photos, but this one looks similar . It's not harmful to humans or cats.
