Good moth! I've only ever seen two of these here in PA.

 
Now I wouldn't of guessed tha
Now I wouldn't of guessed that. Is Bunchberry it's host?
The closest Bunchberry I have ever seen to here is about 20 miles north of here at High Point State Park. Perhaps someone is growing it in their yard?

 
Host plants
I'd actually never heard the common name for this moth before looking at the guide page today. According to the midwestern Olethreutine book, Loran Gibson has reared them from several dogwoods: stiff dogwood, redosier dogwood, and silky dogwood. My guess is anything in Cornus is probably an acceptable host, whether or not it's classified as a bunchberry...
