Bee Fly ? - Bombylius - Male Female

These two seemed to be flying around while attached... pretty cool! Habitat is xeric sub-alpine meadow at the lodgepole forest edge, near the Tuolumne River.

Bombylius, probably fascialis; maybe lancifer. They each have the very long bill.
