Is this Neoascia sp?

I don't think Neoascia - the
I don't think Neoascia - the abdomen doesn't seem petiolate to me and the color pattern feels wrong. I'd say more likely something in Syrphini, but I could very well be wrong here on both counts!

(I feel like the combination of pattern and enlarged hind femurs should tell me something, but I'm not sure what that something is... maybe Syritta or Chalcosyrphus?)
