Neotephritis finalis

Size: Small
I see these small flies often, usually on flowers. Not sure what they are.

Neotephritis?
I believe that this is
Neotephritis finalis
based on the hyaline markings near the apical edge of the pterostigma. In
Tephritis
the triangle is made of 2 pieces, whereas it is made of 3 pieces here.

Tephritidae
This is a very nice pic of mating fruit flies (Tephretidae) I guess it is the genus Tephris.
